Bohler Engineering has assisted Storage Deluxe with the design and permitting for the majority of their New York City locations. Our Firm managed the civil engineering design from the conceptual phase through the construction phase. Our engineers designed the site layout for the storage warehouses’ parking and loading facilities, detailed the required site features, designed the utility and storm drainage facilities and ensured that the project adhered to the bulk zoning regulations.
