Bohler has provided corporate engineering and consulting services on hundreds of new and renovated branch and main office locations along the East Coast.  In addition, we have provided conceptual, due diligence and feasibility studies for thousands of sites.  Our full spectrum of services include: due diligence, concept preparation, site design, agency permitting, expert testimony, building permit procurement, construction administration and observation, construction permitting, project closeout, and facilities management assistance.

TD Bank

As the corporate engineer for TD Bank, Bohler has provided services for over 250 new branch locations and more than 100 branch renovations.  We are intimately involved with the strategic approach to each project, helping coordinate the efforts of all team members and consultants.  Our efforts provide TD Bank with a seamless springboard from which to launch their ambitious growth program.  We have an ongoing involvement in the progression of the development program at all levels, providing assistance to real estate, construction, facilities management and operations personnel.

Capital One Bank

Bohler Engineering has provided engineering and consulting services to Capital One Bank (recently acquired by North Fork Bank) since 2005. We have been involved with over 70 projects ranging from conceptual layout through construction. Typical services provided to Capital One Bank include preparation of due diligence investigations, conceptual layout designs, site plan design, agency permitting, project coordination with project team and sub-consultants, expert testimony, project close out procedures, and construction permitting. Since the commencement of North Fork Bank’s expansion beyond lower Manhattan and Long Island in 2005, Bohler Engineering has been assisting the North Fork Bank/Capital One Bank development team to improve the quality and depth of their due diligence investigations to improve their site selection. In addition we have worked with the development team to develop prototypical buildings and layouts in order to streamline the design process. Bohler Engineering’s knowledge of the municipalities, counties, and states within Capital One’s desired development region allows us to provide strategic insight to improve the approval process experience from both a timeframe and financial perspective.
