This position the ideal candidate should possess:
Education:
- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Land Development
- Client management experience
- Production team lead
- Exposure to contract / addendum writing
- Understanding of local and /or county jurisdictions
- Extensive commercial and residential experience
- Extensive program/ account management experience
- Ability to manage and direct staff
- Proposal writing and addendum management
Desired:
- VA and MD plan processing experience
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Aggressive/Assertive independent thinker
- Articulate communicator with good written skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, Word, & Excel
Job Function:
Daily responsibilities are; but not limited to the management of project activities production goals and client deadlines.
- Manage account receivables and monitor contract status
- Conduct quality control reviews of plans and correspondence
- Attend and manage client & jurisdictions meetings
- Maintain the teams' motivation, staff development and mentoring.

Perform site visits and prepare reports according to established checklists
