Here's an example of the complexity of a
design that you can work on at our Ronkonkoma and Purchase

All CAD design for a hilly 40-acre commercial
development project that now includes 375,000 SF of buildings and over 2000
parking spaces for three national retailers. The final products included well
over 200 layers (150 layers is, on average, the norm) used for the site plan,

landscape plans, color renderings, elevations, aerials, and circulation runs.
Naturally, with clients modifying design features, changes were made
expeditiously and with utter perfection.

Or
designing a large distribution center - 7 acres of building on a 14 acre site -
on a major metropolitan river with existing railroad tracks bisecting the
property. Can you imagine the complexity of designing such a site given the
stormwater issues and knowing that the soil is very compressible? At Bohler,

communities but satisfy corporate identity requirements.
Naturally, you

management, grading designs, utility reviews/layout, and be competent in
jurisdictional permitting and approval processes. Bohler is highly

need your EIT although a PE is preferred.
