The SPECIALIZED CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES the firm provides include:

TRAFFIC ENGINEERING ANALYSIS - Prepare Traffic Impact Analyses for all land use types, to assess development related impacts on adjacent roadway systems. Project experience includes residential and P.U.D. subdivision communities of up to 4,000 dwelling units, corporate/industrial office space of up to 8 million square feet, service stations, convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, regional and community shopping centers, institutional and medical facilities, and a variety of other commercial and residential uses.

SITE PLANNING - Prepare geometric site layout with focus on access, on-site circulation, and parking; with expertise in developing appropriate queuing areas, and designing for parking demands.

HIGHWAY DESIGN- Prepare geometric layout of horizontal and vertical alignment, sight distance evaluation, intersection design, signage and striping plans.

TRAFFIC CONTROL PLANS - Using the standards contained in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), develop plans to channelize and/or detour traffic through roadway work zones, as required for project needs or by jurisdictional agencies.

PARKING STUDIES - Conduct turnover, demand, layout, and shared parking analyses. Prepare justification analyses for parking and loading zone ordinance variances.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL DESIGN - Perform signal warrant analyses (MUTCD), geometric intersection design, signal equipment layout, traffic signal system design, electrical construction plans, specifications.

TRANSPORTATION PLANNING - Prepare Master Plan Traffic Circulation Plans, Traffic Improvement/Development Districts

DOT ACCESS PERMITTING - Complete applications and obtain permits from State, County and jurisdictional agencies.

EXPERT TESTIMONY - Present expert witness testimony before Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards, County Planning Commissions, and State Superior Courts.

NOISE IMPACT STUDIES - Conduct noise readings and evaluate impacts related to criteria established by Federal, State, County & Local environmental protecton agencies, also for inclusion in Environmental Impact Statements.

AIR QUALITY STUDIES - Prepare computer modeling to assess impacts, based on criteria required by Federal, State, County & Local environmental protecton agencies, for assistance in preparing Environmental Impact Statements.

MUNICIPAL CONSULTING - Review Traffic Studies and other related plans/studies on behalf of municipalities and other governmental review agencies.
